Follow these steps
- Step inside the loop and place the band right under your knees
- Get on the floor with your arms directly under your shoulders and your knees below your hips in about a 90-degree angle
- Lift both knees off the floor
- Lift one leg to the side until your thigh is parallel to the floor
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
Switch legs - Repeat for reps
