Alternating Lat Pull Down

Follow these steps
- Stand up straight – feet shoulder width apart
- Grab the band with both hands and lift your hands over your head
- Lock one hand in place and pull the elbow of the other side towards your hips
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Switch sides
- Repeat for reps
