Alternating Lateral Lunges

Follow these steps
- Step with both feet inside the loop on the band
- Place your feet further apart than shoulder width
- Reach down and grab both strings of the band
- Initiate the movement by bending your right knee – the left leg stays straight
- Go down until your thigh is parallel to the floor
- Reverse the movement and extend your leg until reaching the starting position
- Perform the same with the left leg
- Repeat for reps
