Alternating Lateral Lunges

Follow these steps
- Step inside the loop with both legs, bring the band up and place it right above your knees
- From a shoulder width stance – step with the right foot to the side
- Initiate the lunge by bending your right knee – the left leg stays straight
- Go down until your thigh is parallel to the floor
- Reverse the movement and extend your leg until reaching full extension
- Take a step back to the middle with your right foot
- Perform the same with the left side
- Repeat for reps
