Alternating Pullover

Follow these steps
- Stand up straight – feet shoulder width apart
- Grab the band with both hands, keep your arms straight and lift them in front of you
- Lock your left hand in place and move the right hand towards your hips (Both arms are straight throughout the exercise)
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Switch sides and perform a rep with the other hand
- Repeat for reps
