Follow these steps
- Stand up straight – feet shoulder width apart
- Get both hands inside the loop, place the band on your hands – thumb over the band
- Get your hands in front of your shoulders
- Keep your left hand locked in place and extend your right arm down (bring your hand towards your hips)
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Switch sides
- Repeat for reps
