Alternating Reverse Lunges

Follow these steps
- Step inside the loop with both legs, bring the band up and place it right above your knees
- Stand up straight – feet shoulder width apart
- Take a step back, bend your knees and go down until your rear knee almost touches the floor
- Return slowly to the starting position
- Switch sides
- Repeat for reps
