Alternating Shoulder Press
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

MEDIUM
HEAVY
X-HEAVY

Follow these steps
- Grab each handle with one hand and bring your hands to your shoulders
- Put your shoulder blades together and down, brace your core
- Push one hand up to full extension
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Switch sides
- Repeat for reps
