Alternating Side Extensions
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:
X-LIGHT
LIGHT
MEDIUM
HEAVY
X-HEAVY

Follow these steps
- Grab the band with both hands and hold both hands in front of your chest – elbows pointing straight to the side
- Lock the left hand in place and extend the right arm to the side to full extension
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Switch sides
- Repeat for reps
