Bear Hold Steps
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

Follow these steps
- Step inside the loop with both feet and place the band around your feet
- Get into a bear position – hand under your shoulders, legs bend in a 90 degree angle, knees in the air
- Take a small step backwards with your right foot and follow with the left
- Step forward with both feet to the starting position
- Perform steps for a fixed amount of time
