Bent-Over Reverse Fly

Follow these steps
- Step with both feet on the band (keep the loose string behind your feet)
- Grab the band with both hands so there is no slack in the bottom position
- Bend over until your upper body is almost parallel to the floor
- Bend your knees a little but keep a straight lower back and brace your core
- Keep your arms straight and raise your hand upwards
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps
