Biceps Curl to Romanian Deadlift

Follow these steps
- Step on the band with both feet (shoulder width apart) and grab the band with both hands (Supinated grip – thumbs pointing outwards)
- Curl up by bringing your hand towards your upper chest – stay in this position
- Keep your legs almost straight and bend over until you are almost parallel to the floor with the upper body
- Brace your core and drive your hips forward to get in back in the fully standing position
- Lower your hands towards your hips
- Repeat for reps
