Calf Raises
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

Follow these steps
- Step on the band with both feet – Make sure that the band is under the ball of each of your feet (wrap it around your feet to get it more secure)
- Grab each end with one hand and hold it at your sides
- Raise your heels
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps
