Chair Calf Raises
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

MEDIUM
HEAVY

Follow these steps
- Sit down on a chair and step with the balls of both of your feet on the band
- Pull the band with your arms towards you and place it on your knees
- Raise your heels
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps
