Follow these steps
- Stand up straight – feet shoulder width apart
- Get both hands inside the loop, place the band on your wrists and get your hands in front of your chest – arms pointing straight ahead
- Keep your left hand locked in place and move your right hand up – back to middle – right – back to middle – down – back to middle
- Switch sides
- Repeat for reps
