Decline Chest Press - Archer Hold
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:
X-LIGHT
LIGHT
MEDIUM
HEAVY
X-HEAVY

Follow these steps
- Grab the band with both hands and get with one arm into an archer pose
- Extend the other arm in front of you (45 degrees down) to full extension
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
