Decline Wood Chops
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

Follow these steps
- Attach the band towards the top of a door with a door anchor
- Step away from the anchor point and turn 90 degree – (shoulders aligned with the band path)
- Get a wider stance for stability – Bend your knees slightly
- Grab one handle between your hands and extend your arms
- Move your hands from the top to the bottom position on the other side – (Keep your hips stationary)
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
