Front Raise to Pull Apart
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

Follow these steps
- Step on the band with both feet (shoulder width apart) and grab the band with both hands
- Keep your arms straight and your hands shoulder width apart
- Raise your hands in front of your body until they are at least parallel to the floor
- Pull your hands apart
- Bring your hands back in the front hold position
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps
