In and Out Biceps Curl

Follow these steps
- Step on the band with both feet (shoulder width apart) and grab each handle with one hands (neutral grip – thumbs pointing upwards)
- Keep your elbows close to the side of your body throughout the exercise
- Hold your hands close together and curl up
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Bring your hands apart and curl up
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps
