Incline Chest Fly
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

Follow these steps
- Grab the band with both hands, bring it behind you and rest it on your buttocks
- Bend the knees a bit and slightly bend over with the upper body
- Bring your arm inwards and up (keep your arms straight throughout the movement)
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps
