Kneeling Squat Stand Ups

Follow these steps
- Step inside the loop with both legs, bring the band up and place it right above your knees
- Get down on your knees and hold your arms in front of your chest for balance
- Move your right leg forward and place your right foot on the ground
- Follow with your left leg – finish in a low squat position
- Get back into a kneeling position by first placing your right knee on the ground and then your left
- Repeat for reps
