Leg Press to Biceps Curl
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

Follow these steps
- Lie down on the floor
- Grab the band with both hands (Supinated grip – thumbs pointing outwards) and place it around one foot
- Hold your hands shoulder width apart and curl towards your face –
- Hold this position
- Extend your leg until reaching full extension
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Bring your hands forward until your arms are fully extended
- Repeat for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
