Lying Alternating Knee-Lifts
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:
X-LIGHT
LIGHT
MEDIUM
HEAVY
X-HEAVY

Follow these steps
- Step inside the loop and place the band around both of your feet
- Lie down on your back
- Bring your right knee towards your chest (reach at least a 90 degree angle in your knee)
- Return to the full lying position
- Switch sides for the next repetition
- Repeat for reps
