Chest Press to Side Crunch
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

MEDIUM

Follow these steps
- Grab the band with both hands, bring it over your head and rest it on your upper back
- Lie down on the floor
- Push your left hand up until reaching full extension and crunch up and to the right side at the same time
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Switch sides
- Repeat for reps
