Follow these steps
- Step inside the loop and place the band around both of your feet
- Lie down on your back on the floor
- Bring your hand together behind your head
- Lift your shoulders and your legs off the grounds
- Bring your right elbow and your left knee together
- Switch sides – left elbow and right knee
- Repeat for reps
