Lying Tension Crunches
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

Follow these steps
- Lie down on the floor and bend your legs – feet on the floor
- Get both hands inside the loop, place the band on your wrists and get your hands over your head
- Crunch up and forward – Bring your hands to your knees at the same time
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps
