Follow these steps
- Grab the band with both hands and bring your hands to your shoulders
- Put your shoulder blades together and down, brace your core
- Push your hand up to full extension
- Lower your hands and bring the band behind your head
- Push your hand up to full extension
- Lower your hands and bring the band in front of your head
- Repeat for reps
