Follow these steps
- Step with both feet inside the band – shoulder width apart
- Cross the band in front of your hips and pull until you feel tension in the band
- Step forward and slightly to the left
- Step forward with the other foot and slightly to the right
- Take a couple of steps
- Reverse the direction and perform the steps backwards
- Repeat for reps
