Follow these steps
- Attach the band to a door with a door anchor (height: around chest level)
- Step away from the anchor point and turn 90 degree – (shoulders aligned with the band path)
- Get a wider stance for stability – Bend your knees slightly
- Grab the band between your hands
- Extend your arms forward to full extension
- Reverse the movement and bring your hands to your lower chest
- Repeat for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
