Follow these steps
- Grab the band with both hands and bring your hands to your shoulders
- Put your shoulder blades together and down, brace your core
- Bend your knees sightly
- Extend your knees and push your hand up to full extension at the same time (use the momentum of your lower body)
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps
