Push Up Hold - In-Out Hand Walk
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

Follow these steps
- Get both hands inside the loop, place the band on your wrists
- Get into a push-up position
- Lift your right hand and bring it slightly outwards – do the same with your left hand
- Bring your right hand back to the initial position and follow with the left
- Perform for a fixed amount of time
