Reverse Lunge to Row
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

Follow these steps
- Step inside the loop with one foot
- Grab the band with the opposite hand to your front foot
- Step back with the other foot into a lunge – at the same time pull towards your belly button until your elbow passes your upper body
- Step forward with your rear foot and extend your arm
- Repeat for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
