Side Bends
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:
X-LIGHT
LIGHT
MEDIUM
HEAVY
X-HEAVY

Follow these steps
- Step with both feet on the band and grab one handle with your hand
- Bend at the hips straight to the side where you hold the band
- Reverse the movement and get back into a fully standing position – (you can even move a little further towards the other side)
- Repeat for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
