Single-Arm Behind-the-Back Curl
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

Follow these steps
- Attach the band towards the bottom of a door with a door anchor
- Grab the handle with one hand (Supinated grip – thumbs pointing outwards)
- Step forward until there is tension on the band
- In the starting position your hand and elbow are behind your upper body
- Curl up and bring your elbow to the side of your body at the same time
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
