Single-Arm Chest Press with Step
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

Follow these steps
- Attach the band towards the top of a door with a door anchor
- Grab the handle with one hand and get into a split stance (opposite leg of your working arm is in front)
- Step forward with your rear leg and push forward until reaching full extension with your arm
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
