Single-Arm Crucifix Biceps Curl
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

Follow these steps
- Attach the band towards the top of a door with a door anchor
- Grab the band with one hand (Supinated grip – thumbs pointing outwards)
- Step away from the anchor point until there is tension on the resistance band
- Align your shoulders with the path of the band – Working side pointing towards the door anchor
- Curl up towards your ear
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
