Single-Leg Calf Raises
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

LIGHT
MEDIUM
HEAVY
X-HEAVY

Follow these steps
- Step on the band with one foot (make sure that the band is on the ball of the foot)
- Grab the band with your hand of the same side
- Bring your other foot in the air – (holding on to something will give you stability)
- Raise your heel
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
