Single-Leg Calf Raises
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:
X-LIGHT
LIGHT
MEDIUM
HEAVY
X-HEAVY

Follow these steps
- Step on the band with one foot, grab both handles with one hand and bring it to your shoulder
- Bring your other foot in the air – (holding on to something will give you stability)
- Raise your heel
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
