Single-Leg Leg Press
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:
X-LIGHT
LIGHT
MEDIUM
HEAVY
X-HEAVY

Follow these steps
- Lie down on the floor
- Grab each handle with one hand, bring your hand to your shoulders and wrap the band around one foot
- Extend your leg until reaching full extension
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
