Sitting Clam Shells
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

MEDIUM
HEAVY

Follow these steps
- Make a small loop by holding it together with your hands
- Get your legs inside the loop and place the band right beneath your knees
- Keep your feet together and spread your knees
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps
