Leg Extension
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:
X-LIGHT
LIGHT
MEDIUM
HEAVY
X-HEAVY

Follow these steps
- Place one foot inside the handle
- Step on the band with the other foot
- Grab the working leg with both hand under your knee
- Extend your leg until reaching full extension
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
