Split Hold Front Raise to Curl
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

Follow these steps
- Step inside the loop with one leg, bring the band up and place it right above your knee
- Get into kneeling split stance
- Grab the band with the same arm as your front leg – palm points up
- Raise your arm in front of you – keep your arm straight
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Curl up – bring your hand towards your shoulder
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat both exercises alternating for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
