Squat to Calf Raise

Follow these steps
- Get both hands inside the loop, place the band on your wrists and get your hands in front of your hips
- Place your feet shoulder width apart
- Initiate the movement by bending your knees and driving your hips backwards
- Go down until your thighs are parallel to the floor and your hands touch the ground
- Reverse the movement by driving your hips forward and extending your legs at the same time
- In the top position raise your heels off the ground and perform a full calves raise at the same time raise your arms all the way over your head
- Repeat for reps
