Standing Alternating Knee-Lifts
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

LIGHT
MEDIUM
HEAVY
X-HEAVY

Follow these steps
- Step inside the loop and place the band around both of your feet
- Stand up straight – feet close to each other
- Raise your right knee and your left arm (for balance) at the same time
- Return to the standing position
- Switch sides for the next repetition
- Repeat for reps
