Standing Front Leg Pulses
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

MEDIUM

Follow these steps
- Step with both feet inside the loop – band around ankles
- Keep both legs straight and lift one leg up in front of you
- Make sure that there is tension on the band
- Do little up and down movements – pulses
- Perform for a fixed amount of time (Don’t forget the other side!)
