Standing Hamstring Curl
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:
X-LIGHT
LIGHT
MEDIUM
HEAVY
X-HEAVY

Follow these steps
- Stand on the band with one foot and wrap the band around the ankle of the other
- Hold the loose side of the band with one hand for stability
- Curl your working leg towards your glutes
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
