We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

LIGHT
MEDIUM
HEAVY
X-HEAVY

Follow these steps
- Step with both feet inside the loop – band right above your knees
- Lift one knee in front of you
- Drive this leg back and extend it at the same time until fully extended
- Return slowly to the starting position
- Repeat for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
