Standing Leg Extension
We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:
X-LIGHT
LIGHT
MEDIUM
HEAVY
X-HEAVY

Follow these steps
- Step with one foot on the band and get with the other inside the loop – band around the ankle
- Lift this leg up in front of you
- Extend your leg forward to full extension – in full extension it should be in a 45 degree angle
- Return slowly to the starting position (resist against the pull of the band)
- Repeat for reps (Don’t forget the other side!)
