Follow these steps
- Lie down on the floor on your stomach
- Get both hands inside the loop, place the band on your wrists and get your hands over your head
- Lift your chest slightly off the floor – hold this position
- Keep tension in the band, bend your elbows and bring the band towards your chest
- Return slowly to the starting position
- Repeat for reps
