We recommend using one of these resistance bands to do this exercise:

MEDIUM
HEAVY

Follow these steps
- Step inside the loop with both legs, bring the band up and place it right above your knees
- Place your back on a wall and set your feet a little away from the wall
- Go down until your thighs are parallel to the floor
- Drive your knees outwards so there is tension in the band
- Hold for a fixed amount of time
